Built in 1982, the complex was constructed as a condominium project but has been sold as an investment property. It was 100% occupied at the time of the sale.
The apartment complex stands at 45365 Cedar Ave. Most of the units contain either two or three bedrooms.
The seller, privately held M.D.I. Investments Inc., was represented by Bob Tull of NAI Capital Commercial. Marty Shelton represented the buyer, privately held J.K. Properties Inc.
