Trammell Crow Co. has represented the owner, Times Square Real Estate Investors, in the pact. According to David Hudson, vice president of Trammell Crow's Industrial Division who brokered the deal, Trammell Crow had developed the park for Connecticut General Life Insurance, predecessor to Times Square Real Estate Investors.

The first 192,000-sf building had been completed in late 1999, says Hudson, and the second 206,400-sf building had delivered earlier this month. RMS Services-USA is taking space in the newly delivered building, signing a 10-year lease. Colliers International has represented RMS Services. Also signing for space are Fujitsu Network
