RMS Services-USA Takes 45,587 SF in Newly Delivered West Port Building

HOUSTON-Trammell Crow has signed its third tenant for a freshly delivered second building at West Port Industrial Park. RMS Services-USA will occupy 45,587 sf of the 206,400-sf multi-tenant structure.

HOUSTON-Just as predicted, industrial leases in the Houston market are strong, steady and even hot. RMS Services-USA Inc. has just nabbed 45,587 sf at the West Port Industrial Park 1 at 7108 Old Katy Rd.

Trammell Crow Co. has represented the owner, Times Square Real Estate Investors, in the pact. According to David Hudson, vice president of Trammell Crow’s Industrial Division who brokered the deal, Trammell Crow had developed the park for Connecticut General Life Insurance, predecessor to Times Square Real Estate Investors.
