TINTON FALLS, NJ-Stavola Realty Co. is developing its own headquarters building. In fact, the company is also building one of the very few new class A multi-tenant buildings in the vastly under-served Monmouth County office market.

The buildings are one and the same. Stavola will take 20,000 sf of the 66,000-sf building the company is developing at Exit 105 of the Garden State Parkway. The rest of the space will be put on the market for multi-tenant use. The four-story property will be equipped with state-of-the-art telecom, electrical and mechanical systems.

Design work is being done by Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, based in Livingston, NJ. The firm is providing master site planning, architectural and mechanical design, engineering and other services. Stavola, through its contracting divisions, is doing the construction work.
