Frazier Bell and Mark Sonnenberg represented Northwestern Mutual Life in the sale of a 127,000-sf industrial warehouse located at 9701-9755 Lackman Road in Lenexa, KS. The buyer was REIT TA Associates.

Also announced was the sale of a 106,098 sf industrial building at 10300-10336 N.W. Prairie View Road in Kansas City, North. Bill Dorsey and Mike Klamm negotiated the transaction from 1994-N2 Missouri Associates to Brookhaven Real Estate.
