The state bar association is a displaced tenant from the tornado-damaged Bank One Tower in the city's CBD. The association had relocated into 5,196 sf from the damaged structure about nine months ago on a sublease agreement. The association's signing for 6,296 sf this week takes the multi-tenant building to 90% occupancy, William G. Behr, vice president of Trammell Crow's Ft. Worth office, told GlobeSt.com.

The 60,000-sf Mira Vista, built in 1986, is owned by M&L Forth Worth Partners Ltd. Space in the structure goes for $14.50 per sf full service.
