That has proven to be the right strategy, attracting Pros Revenue Management to 73,200 sf in the 12-story ComTech Center. Jim Broch, president of Pros Revenue Management, a software and management consulting company, tells GlobeSt.com the main bait are the tech-friendly amenities, specifically floor loading, telecommunication double feeds and power double feeds. The location had it all: large floor plates, covered parking and a Midtown location. Consequently, Broch has inked a five-year lease for the office space to relocate operations from just three blocks away. The new space, says Broch, offered "the opportunity to improve facilities for our employees."
The college's culinary amenities and efficient floor plan had set the hook for the deal, Steve Hesse, partner at Trione & Gordon and tenant rep, told GlobeSt.com. The bulk of the floor plates are 36,600 sf. There is about 146,400 sf remaining for other third-party tenants. The deal has been brokered solely by a Trione & Gordon team, with Hesse and Jason Presley acting for Pros Revenue and Phillip Thomson and Jay Bonano, both vice president, representing the college.
