TMT Development Taps New & Neville to Find Takers for New, Existing Retail Properties

PORTLAND-Tom Moyer’s TMT Development is trying something new. After years of working with various brokers to keep its retail portfolio leased up, Moyer is opting to work with just one two-man team from here on out: Mark New and Steve Neville of New & Neville Real Estate Services.

The two came together from separate brokerage houses here in town and over the past several years have become a dominant retail duo, finding takers for many of the high-profile spaces in town. As far as tenant go, they have national clients like Border’s Books, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Wild Oats Markets. But until now they haven’t really had a major property owner client, Neville tells GlobeSt.com.

“It’s a huge opportunity for us to work with such a high-profile portfolio,” Neville says. “We’re definitely excited about it.”
