United Properties Hires Vice President in Brokerage Office

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Tim Ducharme will develop new business with landlords and tenants from United's downtown Minneapolis office. He was a senior associate directing Northco Real Estate Services' office brokerage group.

BLOOMINGTON, MN-United Properties has hired Tim Ducharme as vice president in the company’s office brokerage group. He will focus on new business development with landlords and tenants working from United’s downtown Minneapolis office.

Ducharme worked for eight years with Northco Real Estate Services, most recently as a senior associate directing the firm’s office brokerage group, and was Northco’s leading producer. Ducharme also has held brokerage and property management positions with Jensen, Durfee and Associates, Edina Commercial/Griffin Cos. and Lancer and Associates, all based in the Twin Cities.
