The center, designed by Hermes Reed, has been under construction for the past 10 months. William Development has acted as general contractor on the project, owned by The Woodlands Operating Co. LP.

The retail center is anchored by a 63,000-sf Kroger Signature store, 10,000-sf EckerdDrug and 9,000-sf Perry's Grill & Steakhouse. The in-line retail spaces range from 1,400 sf to 9,000 sf. In addition to the 25 in-line retail spaces, there are 12 pad sites, nine of which have been leased. Pad site tenants are Compass Bank, Exxon, McDonalds, Primrose School, RE-Max Spring The Woodlands, Southwest Bank of Texas, Wendy's, Woodforest National Bank and America's Service Station. The roster of in-line tenants provides a full gamut of services from an animal hospital to specialty eateries.
