130,000-SF Sterling Ridge Village Opens Doors Saturday

HOUSTON-Dirt has been flying for 10 months, now it's time to open the doors on The Woodlands' Sterling Ridge Village Center. The 130,000-sf retail center boasts a 97% occupancy as the community makes plans for the official ribbon cutting.

HOUSTON-The 130,000-sf Sterling Ridge Village Center in The Woodlands will hold its grand opening Saturday. The retail center already is 97% leased.

The center, designed by Hermes Reed, has been under construction for the past 10 months. William Development has acted as general contractor on the project, owned by The Woodlands Operating Co. LP.
