Simplified Development Corp. is taking the largest amount of space, 21,575 sf, at 11008 Metric Blvd. The industrial lease has been negotiated by Ford Alexander and John Childers of Colliers Oxford Commercial in Austin.
Bob Wynn and Mike Tipps, who comprise one of Colliers' most active Austin brokerage teams, has cut a deal to put Lam Research into 16,400 sf of office space at 1701 Directors Blvd. while the brokerage team also has signed DPT US Inc. to 10,800 sf of industrial space at 9101 Wall St. In a fourth Colliers Oxford-negotiated lease, broker Jack Tynes has finalized 8,857 sf of office space for NetQOS at 7700 Chevy Chase Dr., Austin.
In San Antonio, Mid-America Restaurant Specialties Inc. has signed for 10,325-sf at Landmark VI Business Center, a 69,000-sf service center in northeast San Antonio.
Mid-America does business as Marsi Systems. Jeff Brown of Transwestern Commercial Services' San Antonio office has represented the tenant and Glenn Snape of Trammell Crow Co. has acted on the property owner's behalf.
