Austin-San Antonio Brokers Cut 57,957 SF in Lease Deals

AUSTIN-It's been a relatively active week in the Austin-San Antonio leasing arena. Five deals for 57,957 sf have been sealed for office, retail and industrial buildings. Simplified Development has snagged the largest spot, 21,575 sf of industrial space along Austin's Metric Boulevard.

AUSTIN-Austin-San Antonio brokerage teams this week have sealed five deals for 57,957 sf of office, industrial and retail space.

Simplified Development Corp. is taking the largest amount of space, 21,575 sf, at 11008 Metric Blvd. The industrial lease has been negotiated by Ford Alexander and John Childers of Colliers Oxford Commercial in Austin.

Bob Wynn and Mike Tipps, who comprise one of Colliers’ most active Austin brokerage teams, has cut a deal to put Lam Research into 16,400 sf of office space at 1701 Directors Blvd. while the brokerage team also has signed DPT US Inc. to 10,800 sf of industrial space at 9101 Wall St. In a fourth Colliers Oxford-negotiated lease, broker Jack Tynes has finalized 8,857 sf of office space for NetQOS at 7700 Chevy Chase Dr., Austin.
