The move will allow the firm, which has occupied 6,000 sf at 11400 Olympic Blvd., to expand its headquarters. It will also put the company geographically closer to Downtown's burgeoning redevelopment movement. "There is a definite renaissance in Downtown, with the development of major cultural and entertainment facilities such as Staples Arena and Disney Hall as well as a resurgence in residential construction," McCaslin says.

Long Beach-based Concepts 4 is designing the firm's new space. Tishman plans to complete its move by the end of this month.

Tishman was represented by brokers Mike Cataleno and Will Adams. John Olen of Insignia/ESG, which also uses the building as its regional headquarters, represented the owner.
