TranSwitch Signs Sublease Deal in Shelton

SHELTON, CT-TranSwitch Corp. has increased its presence here to 70,000 sf with a 9,600 sf sublease deal at 2 Enterprise Drive. Retail Marketing Systems LLC holds the lease for the space.

SHELTON, CT-Grubb & Ellis reports it has brokered a 9,600 sf sublease deal for TranSwitch Corp. at 2 Enterprise Dr. here, representing both parties. The deal with lease-holder Retail Marketing Systems LLC brings TranSwitch’s total occupancy to 70,000 sf.

In a related transaction, Retail Marketing Systems, which merged with Valassis and Relationship Marketing Services, will relocate the new company, Valassis Relationship Marketing Systems LLC, to 17,600 sf at 6 Armstrong Rd. here. Grubb & Ellis represented Valassis in the lease deal.
