The latest appointments to come down the pike are two new executive leaders. Carol Bracken has been named general counsel and president of the Investment Services group while Bernard E. McAuley is the new vice president of Investment Sales. The recently restructured company, now operating under one corporate branding, is driving the changes through integrated client teams.

"Moving the company forward with a team-based approach requires a skill setand experience that Carol and Bernard bring to the table," says Stephen Coslik, Woodmont Co.

Prior to joining Woodmont, Bracken had been part of the Ft. Worth law firm of Law, Snakard & Gambill for 18 years, specializing in real estate transactions. She also has taught for the American Institute of Banking and lectured at real estate seminars.

McAuley will provide oversight for expanding revenue opportunities through sales and financing activities for Woodmont as well as its clients. McAuley previously had directed The MONY Group's Dallas office, handling national marketing and sales for commercial properties at Goldman Sachs and Archon, and owned the Franklin Real Estate Group.
