The Bellevue, Wash.-based developer's project at 1942 Westlake Avenue will contain 366 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in 31 stories. It also includes 10,000 sf of ground-floor retail space that remains available, though Seline says the Seattle office of Kidder, Matthews & Segner has several irons in the fire.
The company has a track record for attaining high rents and sales prices for its properties. In 1999, it set a record for the sale of its Le Chateau on Richards Creek in Bellevue, which netted an astounding $188,000 per unit.
Continental-Bentall is the Puget Sound multi-family development subsidiary of Bellevue, Wash.-based Bentall U.S. LLC, which itself is owned by Vancouver, B.C.-based Bentall Corp.
