Prominent speakers at the event are Winter Park, FL economist Dr. Henry Fishkind; real estate futurist Michael Lipsey; Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida Inc. executive director Darrell Kelley; and Realvest Partners Inc. founder/chairman George D. Livingston.

Livingston says commercial real estate experts often take a longer view of economic cycles and most see the current economic slowdown as a healthy phenomenon. Fishkind will give the group an overview of New Economy demographics and business opportunities in Orlando. Lipsey will advance his New Economy perspective on how technology will continue to impact the commercial property business.
