CORFAC Members to Get Update on Real Estate Industry's Health

ORLANDO-Where the commercial real estate industry is headed in the next five years is information members of Corporate Facility Advisors International Inc. will be getting at the Feb. 21-25 international winter conference at the Wyndham Palace Resort & Spa on the grounds of Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Prominent speakers at the event are Winter Park, FL economist Dr. Henry Fishkind; real estate futurist Michael Lipsey; Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida Inc. executive director Darrell Kelley; and Realvest Partners Inc. founder/chairman George D. Livingston.

Livingston says commercial real estate experts often take a longer view of economic cycles and most see the current economic slowdown as a healthy phenomenon. “The New Economy is exceptionally strong and it’s a lot better than the old economy,” the developer/investor of 40 years tells GlobeSt.com. Livingston’s firm is hosting the CORFAC event.
