Hagan, a consultant on the information technology and design and construction industries, has worked extensively with the public sector for more than two decades to integrate information technology into programs and projects for multi-billion dollar capital construction programs. He is a member of the Construction Industry Institute's Fully Integrated and Automated Project Process (FIAPP) Steering Team, and also a member of the Construction Industry Institute's team to develop an overall construction classification system.

Brown, chief scientist at Xerox and chief innovation officer at 12 Entrepreneuring, the financial backer for iBuilding Inc., has served as director for the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) for 10 years. He is also co-author of The Social Life of Information, published by Harvard Business School Press, and the recipient of the Industrial Research Institute Medal for outstanding accomplishments in technological innovation.

Rosen is chairman of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the Hass School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to that, he was a Professor of Economics and Public Policy at Princeton University and a senior research associate at the Joint Center for Urban Studies at Harvard and M.I.T.
