Oppidan Hires United Properties to Manage Red Wing Plaza

RED WING, MN-The 96,000-sf grocery-store-anchored retail center is United's fourth property with Oppidan. Econo Foods, Great Clips and Midwest Wireless are tenants in the first phase of the redevelopment.

RED WING, MN-United Properties’ property management group has been hired by Oppidan Investment Co. to manage Red Wing Plaza, a 96,000-sf redevelopment project here. The 55,000-sf first phase opened this month withtenants including Econo Foods grocery store, Great Clips and Midwest Wireless.

Minneapolis-based Oppidan will redevelop an existing building on the site, located on state Highway 61 and Tyler Road, that is being leased by George Bestrom of Park Midwest Commercial Real Estate in Minneapolis.
