Linda Bush, chief executive officer of SafeRent, says with her company's service, property managers can approve a potential renter in a matter of seconds, rather than days. "They can fill vacancies quicker, which makes it easier on everyone involved on the process," Bush explains. SafeRent applicant screening transactions incorporate an applicant's credit history, rental history and the option of a criminal search.
