The firm has spent the last 46 years at 4664 N. Pulaski Avenue on Chicago's Northwest Side. However, that property has been selected by the city for the site of a new police station. "The majority of our firm's business is conducted over the phone and through mail order," said company President Ron Michel. "We selected the Waukegan facility due to its proximity and convenience for most of our employees."

Bannockburn, IL-based Principle Construction Corp. was awarded the contract for the tenant build-out. Project manager Joel Saucedo and superintendent Roger Wolden are overseeing construction while Dobrin + Associates is providing architectural services.
