The 63,000-sf complex is an assisted-living and Alzheimer's care community. Located on 2.2 acres at 12315 Burgess Ave., the 105-bed project contains studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and a special care area to accommodate residents with Alzheimer's disease.

A library, a café, dining rooms, activity rooms, lounges, sensory gardens and an arts and crafts room are all located on the grounds. At the center of the complex is a 12,000-sf, interior private courtyard.

The project was developed by Newport Beach-based Birtcher Senior Properties and designed by Irwin Pancake Architects of Huntington Beach. The complex was built in a condensed timeframe of eight months.
