Work Finished on $10-Mil Seniors Complex

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Project by Birtcher Senior Properties will provide assisted-living and Alzheimer's care in Whittier.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA–Birtcher Senior Properties, based here, says it has completed the $10-million Imperial Park Senior Care Community in Whittier.

The 63,000-sf complex is an assisted-living and Alzheimer’s care community. Located on 2.2 acres at 12315 Burgess Ave., the 105-bed project contains studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and a special care area to accommodate residents with Alzheimer’s disease.
