Arvida Realty Services Focuses on Network Information Exchanges

ORLANDO-The subsidiary of Jacksonville, FL-based St. Joe Co. has built an extensive Internet site to avoid needing third-party dot-com companies for online survival. Robin L. Webb, the firm's vice president/managing broker, explains Arvida's high tech-investment strategy to GlobeSt.com.

ORLANDO-The commercial division of Arvida Realty Services Inc. in suburban Winter Park, Fl is banking on its extensive Internet site and selected alignments with national online information-exchanging networks to keep it ahead of the pack as the real estate industry becomes more complex and more sophisticated.

“We have invested substantial resources of time, manpower and money in the development of one of the industry’s leading Internet sites (http://www.arvidarealty.com/com) in order to assist in not becoming reliant on a third party dot-com for our online survival,” Arvida vice president/managing broker Robin L. Webb tells GlobeSt.com.
