Owners Won't Sell, City May Condemn 3 Properties Earmarked for Resort Hotel

OCEANSIDE, CA-At long last, city leaders are scheduled tomorrow to weigh condemnation of a property to make way for the Manchester Resorts hotel.

OCEANSIDE, CA-City leaders are scheduled tomorrow to weigh the condemnation of property to make way for the Manchester Resorts Hotel.

The city council action is aimed at securing three small properties that are key to developing the land, which lies between Seagaze Drive, Pier View Way, Pacific Street and Myers Street. Manchester can use the bulk of the property without the need for condemnation.
