He has also worked for investment banker Cowen and Co. and served as vice president and group head of the real estate investment advisory services group of Chemical Bank. During the 28-year career, he has acquired and disposed of more than $2.5 billion in real estate assets.
Norman also comes from Landauer where he specialized in national institutional investment marketing, and before that worked as managing director of Grubb & Ellis. At Landauer, he was VP of the valuation and technical services division where he supervised the valuation of investment-grade commercial properties in connection with equity and debt offerings involving regional and community shopping centers, office buildings and parks and multifamily housing.
