Two from Landauer Real Estate Counselors Join Staubach

NEW YORK CITY-Timothy Baydala also served with investment banker Cowen & Co. and as VP and group head of Chemical Bank's real estate investment advisory service group. Jeffrey Norman worked in national institutional investment marketing at Landauer and was VP of its valuation and technical services division.

NEW YORK CITY-Timothy M. Baydala, CRE, MAI and Jeffrey C. Norman have joined the Staubach Co. as managing directors where they will be involved in investment sales with institutional clients and private investors. Baydala had been with Landauer Real Estate Counselors, which has been taken over by Grubb & Ellis, and prior to that was executive vice president of Chesterton International Ltd. in the UK.

He has also worked for investment banker Cowen and Co. and served as vice president and group head of the real estate investment advisory services group of Chemical Bank. During the 28-year career, he has acquired and disposed of more than $2.5 billion in real estate assets.
