SAN DIEGO—Lankford & Associates announced that it has signed two leases for space at Scripps Northridge Technology Plaza at Scripps Northridge Corporate Center.

The two-story, 98,000-sf office R&D building, scheduled for completion in April, is now more than 60% leased with the addition of 3Com Corp., maker of networking products and solutions. 3Com signed a six-year lease for about 27,000 sf in a deal valued at $3.6 million.

Steve Rosetta of Cushman & Wakefield represented 3Com, while Tom Mercerand Jay Alexander of Colliers International spoke for Lankford & Associates.
