A 10-year veteran of Cushman & Wakefield, Mason specializes in the industrial and CBD markets. The association has 11,000 residential and commercial realtor members.

In a recent interview, Mason told GlobeSt.com that he is passionate about the CBD revitalization and its marked growth. Mason's vision is in sync with the mass urban revitalization movement taking place across the country.

Mason also has recently been honored as broker of the year by Vantage Cos.' Houston division for his handling of the purchase of Vantage's Northwest Point Distribution Center II by a Koontz McCombs-led investment group.
