Siegel couldn't be reached for comment, but brokers familiar with land prices on International Drive tell GlobeSt.com the six acres will probably go for $1 million per acre or about $22.96 per sf. The attraction, at 5767 Major Blvd., is across the road from Universal Orlando in a hot commercial development hub at Interstate 4 and Kirkman Road in south Orlando.

Corner parcels on International Drive have been selling for about $1 million an acre over the past five years, mainly to national gasoline station and convenience store operators, according to Orange County real estate transaction records. The Mystery Fun House building will probably be leveled by a new owner to make way for a new venture, brokers tell GlobeSt.com. Central Florida Investments Inc., Siegel's umbrella development company, is the Mystery Fun House owner of record.
