Broker Jeff Thornton is on board with Indianapolis-based Duke-Weeks Realty's Dallas Industrial Leasing Group. Thornton is being touted as a key player in Duke-Weeks strategy to become a leader in the Dallas market. Thornton had been a leasing manager with Insignia/ESG Inc.'s Dallas office.
WorkPlace Technologies has hired Chad Perkins as its client solutions executive for the communication division. He formerly had been the regional sales manager for Mueller Industries' southeastern US operations.
Wyndham has a new vice president of catering and convention services. David Riley has assumed the position and will oversee a new program for weddings and meetings that will be rolled out in the fall. He previously had been with Wyndham's Hilton Huntington hotel and has 20 years' experience in the hotel industry.
