Second Building on the Way for Medical Complex

ATLANTA-S&S Engineers Inc. plans to break ground shortly on a 40,000-sf office structure following the successful leaseup of its first three-story, 70,000-sf building in Henry County, 15 miles from Downtown.

ATLANTA-Developer Shi Shailandra feels he has found a niche in the construction/leasing of small medical office buildings. The president/CEO of locally based S&S Engineers Inc. plans to break ground shortly on a 40,000-sf structure following the successful leasing of his first three-story, 70,000-sf building at the planned three-building, $18-million Eagle Medical Complex in Henry County, 15 miles from Downtown. The building has 12 tenants.

The second building is 50% pre-leased, according to a company news release. Area rents are $16.50 per sf to $21 per sf. The 11-acre site is near Henry Medical Center, a major medical facility.
