These are projects that have passed through the city's planning commission:· A five-story, 275,000-sf office building on the 14.6 acres that formerly housed the Troy Hilton at the southwest corner of Maple Road and Stephenson Highway. The site plan approval was submitted by Kojaian.
· A one-story expansion to the two-story former Michigan National Bank Building on the north side of Big Beaver between Alpine and McClure, bringing the building size to 25,868-sf on the1.81 acre site. Grissim Metz Associates are the architects and planners for the addition.
· Preliminary site plan approval was given for construction of two single-story office buildings totaling 12,552-sf on a 1.26 acre site on the north side of Big Beaver Road east of Rochester Road. The Stuart Frankel Development Company is the developer.
