WR&C's 6.81-acre project will be set in the midst of Bellevue-based SECO's 17.5-acre master-planned development on the southern shore of Lake Washington. For its part, WR&C will construct a campus-style office complex with three, nine-story towers. Five floors in each building will average 35,000 sf of rentable office space, with three floors capable of being opened to connected buildings to create 123,000-sf "superfloors."

WR&C's complex will also house a 10,000-sf waterfront restaurant and an 1,850-stall garage. Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership is the project's designer.

SECO's master development near the interchange of Interstates 405 and 90 will include an, as yet, unnamed 220-room full-service hotel, 394 residential units (split between two apartment complexes) and 40,000 sf of retail space. The development is adjacent to the 2.5-square mile Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park.
