RENTON, WA-As the last step in the entitlement process, the 750,000 Southport office project of local developer Wright Runstad & Co. has received administrative site plan approval from the City of Renton. Only the building permit requirement remains to be fulfilled.

WR&C’s 6.81-acre project will be set in the midst of Bellevue-based SECO’s 17.5-acre master-planned development on the southern shore of Lake Washington. For its part, WR&C will construct a campus-style office complex with three, nine-story towers. Five floors in each building will average 35,000 sf of rentable office space, with three floors capable of being opened to connected buildings to create 123,000-sf “superfloors.”
