The larger of the two deals involves a 67,000-sf industrial building, which stands at 1600-1648 Clementine St. This building went for $4.4 million to a private investor based in Orange County. The occupancy level was 85% at time of sale.
Brian Doner of Daum's Anaheim office represented the buyer, Disneyway Partners LP. The seller, Orange County-based BM Partners was represented by Chris Migliori, also of Daum's Anaheim office.
In the second transaction, a saw-blade manufacturer acquired a 24,340-sf industrial facility for $1.9 million. The new owner is relocating from Santa Fe Springs to the new building, which stands at 1025 Armando St.
The buyer, Choice Development Inc., was represented by Robert Leiter of Lee & Associates. The seller, White Star Partners, was represented by Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Real Estate.
