Genco signed a five-year lease for 228,3000 sf or 45% of the building. The estimated value of the lease is $3 million. Average area asking rent is $3.35 per sf.

Genco Distribution, a national logistics company, will operate Sears, Roebuck & Co.'s Southeast Customer Return Processing center at the location. About 120 people will work in the center, which is replacing a smaller facility in the metro area.

The Genco-leased structure is Duke-Weeks' third building in Liberty Park, a 352-acre mixed-use venture. The company has 45 acres remaining for development in the park.
