KANSAS CITY-Gerard's Bakery will continue operations from a site in Longmont, CO after being partially sold to Farmland and Mountain View Harvest Cooperative.
Financial terms or the percentage purchased were not disclosed. Gerard's will continue operations from its Colorado bakery, located just north of Denver. The company sells its bread products to restaurants and hotels in more than 40 states.
