Seller Northwest Saturn Ltd. completed a center makeover just three years ago. The property, which encompasses four acres, had been developed in two phases, 1975 and 1985 and is the sole holding of the selling entity, Robert Grunnah, president of the Henry S. Miller Investment Division, tells GlobeSt.com. The property is positioned in a high-traffic area just two blocks from the intersection of Northwest Highway and LBJ Freeway.

In addition to Grunnah, the seller had been represented by Robert Lamm, senior vice president of the retail division and Jerry Grable and Darrell Hurmis, senior vice presidents of the investment division, all with Henry S. Miller Commercial. David Najafi of Royal Realty Advisors acted on the buyer's behalf.
