Glenn Whitmore Moves from CB Richard Ellis to Holliday Fenoglio Fowler

NEW YORK CITY-Glenn W. Whitmore, the former senior vice president and managing director of CB Richard Ellis New York, has joined Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, a commercial real estate/mortgage banking firm here, as senior managing director. During the last six years, he was involved in asset sales of more than $11 billion, and during the last 10 years has closed dispositions amounting to more than 30 million sf of office space, 23 million sf of retail, and approximately 2 million sf of industrial space.

During Whitmore’s 18-years in the real estate investment banking business, he has served as manager, advisor and transactional agent for the Real Estate Research Corp. in Chicago and New York and Landauer Associates in New York.
