Heritage Pointe Complex 95% Leased in Just Three Months

HYDE PARK, NY-Heritage Pointe Apartments, an 82-unit affordable senior community here, is already 95% rented just three months after opening its leasing office in November. Wilder Balter Partners Inc. developed the property.

HYDE PARK, NY-A $9.5 million senior housing community in Dutchess County has achieved 95% occupancy just three months after the opening of the project’s leasing office. Developed by Wilder Balter Partners Inc., a Westchester County-based residential builder, Heritage Pointe is an adaptive reuse project, involving the conversion of an abandoned Hyde Park nursing home.

The five-story elevator building, located just off Route 9, consists of 62 one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-bedroom apartments, as well as a community room, laundry facilities and outside patio/courtyard. Monthly rents on one-bedroom units range from $422 to $476, while two bedrooms rent for $503 to $568 per month.
