BURNSVILLE, MN-Kellison Co. has started construction on 52,000-sf office building here that will appeal to the medical profession given its close to Fairview Ridges Hospital. The two-story building will be located at Portland Avenue and Nicollet Boulevard, and should be ready to open in October.
Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology has signed an 11,000-sf lease. United Properties brokers Rob Kost, Tom Stella and Glen Grussing will manage the leasing on the project.
Kellison, which is based in Oakdale, MN, is the general contractor, working with DBA Architects. It is being financing through three groups of private investors, including Crossroads Properties, which will manage the building.
