Northchase Investments Racks Up 13,861 SF in Office Leases

HOUSTON-Northchase Investments is getting three new office tenants at two properties. The deals represent a combined 13,861 sf for 14505 Torrey Chase and 13700 Veterans Memorial Dr. structures. The office space commands a rate of about $15 per sf.

HOUSTON-Northchase Investments LP has signed three office tenants for an aggregate of 13,861 sf at the 14505 Torrey Chase office building and 13700 Veterans Memorial Dr.

At 14505 Torrey Chase, F.J. Brown and Associates will move into its 6,846-sf office space as a result of a deal that’s been sealed by broker Pauline Phillips Michno of Tomlinson Commercial Real Estate with Northchase. Michno and Tomlinson also have acted on behalf of the second tenant, Vintage Holding Corp., which will occupy 4,506 sf in the 67,002-sf, four-story structure. The property is located in the Northchase office park development in the Champions/1960 submarket. The building, constructed in 1983, leases for about $15 per sf.
