Senior vice president Brad Metzger represented APV, which needed additional room to expand. John Musjgerd of Julien J. Studley represented the building owner.
COSCO North America, Inc. recently renewed their lease on 10,778 sf in the 1-million-sf cdlass A office building in Four Westbrook Corporate Center in Westchester. Metzger, represented COSCO and Jeff Shay of Equity Office Properties represented the building's ownership.
Neumark Technology Group has leased 9,941 sf at 4225 Naperville Rd. in Lisle, a 292,500-sf class A office building. The company is relocating from 2800 River Rd. in Des Plaines. Senior vice president Gregg Raus represented Neumark and Cyndi Neubauer of Duke-Weeks Realty Corp. dealt for the ownership.
