HOUSTON-First Industrial LP has a new tenant at its 16749 N. Freeway warehouse holding, taking the property to 80% occupancy.
Ecotainer Inc., an ecological paper container company, has signed a 10,869-sf lease in a bid for a quick turnaround and move in, Mike Farris of Houston Industrial Brokerage Inc. tells GlobeSt.com. The 21-year-old site, he emphasizes, aptly fit the need.
Farris says the building is one of two multi-tenant, industrial warehouses located on about two acres. The property's average rental rate ranges from 36 cents to 38 cents per sf.
The building boasts front-loading docks, four front overhead doors and a side overhead door.
Caleb Lawson of the Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group has represented Ecotainer while Farris has acted on the owner's behalf.
