Nodelman rang up $13 million or an average $233,000 per sale on a mix of properties from retail to real estate. His biggest deal was the the $375,000 sale of a Sanford, FL-based frozen drink and machine distribution company.

The broker was CII's Top Selling Agent and Top Listing Agent in 1999 with 22 sales/listings valued at $4 million, according to company chairman and co-owner Richard E. Read. Nodelman has been with CII since 1998. "He hit the ground running when he joined us three years ago and he hasn't slowed down yet," Read tells GlobeSt.com.

CII posted record volume of $28.9 million in 2000 and is shooting for $40 million this year. The company leads the annual rankings, based on sales volume, posted by the Florida Business Brokers Association.
