In the largest deal, a 22,136-sf industrial facility in Irvine was sold to Pan Pacific Plumbing for $2.5 million. The facility stands at 17911Mitchell.
Rich Wray of Wray Realty represented Pan Pacific Plumbing. A CBRichard Ellis team of Chip Wright, Dave Desper and Jason Shepard represented the seller, privately held Mitchell Road Associates.
In the other Irvine sale, a 16,095-sf industrial project at 16842 Millikan Ave. was sold for $1.5 million to a private partnership known as SMH Millikan LLC. Pat Lacey of Lee & Associates represented both the buyer and the seller, a partnership called Millikan Ave. Associates.
Further inland, a private investor agreed to pay $1.8 million for a23,409-sf industrial building in Orange. It stands at 1317 Grove St.
The buyer, Paul Keohane, was represented by David Williams of Lee &Associates. Walter Frome of Trammel Crow represented the seller, theMoreland Crosby Partnership.
