Aon Services Corp. Reaches New Heights in 3000 Tower

SOUTHFIELD, MI-Ronnisch Construction Group is completing a new 83,000-sf office space for Aon Services Corporation here. The new space encompasses the top five floors (floors 28 to 32} of the 3000 Tower at the Southfield Town Center.

Ronnisch is the construction contractor on the project, and will build the Aon offices in four phases. Aon is moving its metro Detroit headquarters to Southfield from GeneralMotors’ Renaissance Center on the Detroit riverfront, and will move into the Town Center in May 2001.

The Class A office space was designed using indirect lighting throughout the open office spaces, which encloses the perimeter of the building. There are no offices on the exterior window line. The interior offices combine glass walls and mahogany doors. There will be 68 offices and 291 workstations in the new space, which will serve 359 employees.
